IF Brommapojkarna are close to selling Sion Oppong to Toulouse FC in Ligue 1 for 45 million SEK (€4.3m). The 20-year-old offensive winger has scored two goals and provided one assist in 20 appearances since his debut in the first team in 2025.
Sion Oppong, who joined the senior squad ahead of the 2025 season, has impressed with his performances in Allsvenskan. With two goals and one assist in 20 appearances, he has attracted interest from abroad. A move to Toulouse FC now appears close.
A sale for 45 million SEK would be a significant deal for Brommapojkarna, who currently sit 12th in Allsvenskan with 17 points from 15 games. The funds from the sale could be used to strengthen the squad in the fight against relegation. So far, the team has scored 20 goals and conceded 24, with a goal difference of -4.
If the deal goes through, Sion Oppong will leave Brommapojkarna and join Toulouse FC, who finished ninth in Ligue 1 last season. Brommapojkarna have had a tough season and face a key home match against Djurgårdens IF on October 18.
